Experience the tropical welcome of our signature lemongrass scented towels and fresh fruit juices, before stepping aboard a luxury pontoon boat, with elegantly decorated tables including crisp white tablecloths peppered with fresh floral arrangements. Soft music accompanies the evening as guests glide through the tranquil lagoon waters surrounding the resort whilst the Lagoon Dining personal attendant delivers sumptuous cuisine personally selected from the resort’s inspiring menus.
Guests can enjoy intimate meals for two or cozy parties for up to twelve guests.
Lagoon Breakfast offers the most heavenly start to a memorable day. Guests will enjoy a fresh selection of pastries, cereals and tropical fruits accompanied by fresh fruit juices and a choice of coffee or tea. Available daily from 6.30am to 11.00am.
Lagoon Lunch or High Tea offers guests a choice from set menus specially designed to be light enough for lunch, from the resort’s signature Italian restaurant, Puccini. Available from 11.30am to 5.00pm.
For Lagoon Dinners, a personal attendant will serve a pre-selected gourmet meal from Puccini or the signature Thai restaurant, Chao Lay or a personally designed menu that has been tailor-made specifically to the guest’s personal desires. Available from 6.00pm to 9.00pm.
