Candles and flame lit torches welcome guests to the Loy Krathong gardens where they are welcomed to the Land of Smiles by the local people. Participating in the age old custom of floating banana leaf krathongs on the lagoon, before joining a festive long drum procession to a traditional village setting.
Savor authentic Thai cuisine from the four regions of the kingdom, amid vivid Thai silk and cotton table settings, complemented by a stunning backdrop of the Grand Palace.
Unique cultural entertainment will take place throughout the evening in short 10 minute spots, whilst the local villagers will have set up their market stalls around the perimeter of the Grande Palace for guests to browse their wares and enjoy various demonstrations.
